This consultation is written largely from the perspective of seeking to attract new people into the region through the creation of housing and, to a lesser-extent economic benefits. Through this "Our Commitment" section, Cheshire East Council should establish clarity of it's role in representing the needs and wishes of it's EXISTING residents, taxpayers and communities as it's principal duty.
